Ok, you might know about one or two of them, but what about the others?
There are two techniques I know of how you can identify a Limiting Belief:
1) Make a statement regarding something you desire to have or be, e.g. "I am rich". Then listen closely to the "self-talk" in your mind. What "does your mind say" right after that statement?
Does it say: "You will never have sufficient money!" or "Making money is not easy!" or "You are just not excellent"?
Ok, you have just found some of your Limiting Beliefs!!
2) Make a statement about anything you want to have or be. Then notice some uncomfortable sentiment in your body come up. For many people this will be somewhere in your chest or stomach, but it could be anywhere in your body.
This uncomfortable emotion coming up signifies that there is a discrepancy between your statement and what you actually believe about yourself. Currently you might notice Limiting Beliefs arise in your mind as in 1), but this is not really compulsory.
You now know that there is a Limiting Belief regarding your statement (your wish).
As soon as you know that there are limiting beliefs concerning a subject (a subject similar to money, achievement, relationships), you will probably want to get rid of them.
