We get up every single morning, we brush our teeth, wash, get dressed and have breakfast. We are consistent in our actions. We do it every day. We must repeat it in being consistent with our tasks connected with our business for the days that we have chosen we are going to work, be it 1 or 7 days a week. We need to do it consistently. We must concentrate on the actions not on the result.
When we go mountain climbing, if we would continually look at the summit we might soon trip up and fall down. We need to focus on every step at a time, one after the other and as surely as the sun goes down we will get to our summit.
Belief
An absolute and legitimate belief in our business, its services and products and what it can give its customers.
Attitude
Perhaps the most important of these three but useless on its own. It is no good having the perfect attitude in the world if one is sitting in a closed room not dealing with anyone. So, what is behavior apart from how one feels about himself and others.
Your face is transparent, completely clear and your attitude does well through whether it is negative or positive. The first second that potential customer sees you maybe even before you see him, your behavior comes through. The customer sees it, possibly only psychologically and will react correctly. We all know that the first point all salesperson has to offer is themselves just before they open his mouth.
